Work / Websited’s own website
From a first visit
to a next step.
A first-party Websited redesign, in development. The aim: make the services easy to explore, the enquiry path easy to use and the team handoff clear.

Interface study / Websited’s own site / development version
A website is
part of a workflow.
The site brings six service areas into one navigable structure. A visitor can move from an overview to a service, read relevant questions and start an enquiry without hunting for the next step.
The homepage pairs a connected W sculpture with an interactive study that makes the customer journey visible: website, enquiry, follow-up. It is labelled as an illustration and does not send messages or create records.
The facilities behind the interface
The enquiry form captures the request. The assistant streams its reply as text arrives and can record a callback the visitor explicitly asks for. An authenticated enquiry dashboard gives the team a place to review the next action.
Those are implemented facilities, not promises about client outcomes. Development testing uses synthetic records and controlled notifications.
What the design makes clearer
The pages share typography, navigation and an enquiry language. Service information has its own address. Insights explain the decisions around rebuilds, assistants and follow-up. The contact details are consistent across the site.
The project connects the public website to an enquiry workflow and a team dashboard. Its illustrative study explains that journey without exposing customer records.
